Serrula Research believes in an inclusive and collaborative approach, whether working with clients, subcontractors or our own in-house staff.

We find 'top-down' management stands in the way of engagement with a project. By contrast, full co-operation makes the most of the valuable and specialised skills of everybody involved.

Our international team of researchers speak languages including Arabic, Bulgarian, Cantonese, English, French, Galician, German, Italian, Mandarin, Polish, Russian and Spanish. Many have backgrounds in academia, publishing and translation and others are specialists in areas such as law, marketing, IT and engineering.
