Serrula Research has many years of experience in fielding medical market research. Working with specialist medical recruiters, experienced moderators and in-depth interviewers, we have recently carried out projects including:

Blood glucose monitors
Face-to-face and group interviews with GPs, diabetic nurse specialists, and diabetic patients to find out how blood glucose monitors are distributed to clinics and hospitals and subsequently, how they reach the patients.

Dysphagia product tasting
130 face-to-face interviews across London, Manchester and Birmingham with dieticians, speech and language therapists, and nurses who work with dysphagia patients. Respondents completed a tasting survey with open-ended questions about the product, and Serrula Research was responsinble for recruitment, moderation of interviews and delivery of data files.

Diagnostic analysers name-test
Serrula Research undertook recruitment for and moderation of five telephone interviews with laboratory managers, and produced a full written report for each interview.

E-learning telphone/web-conferencing interviews
Five interviews with with laboratory managers with responsibility for lab diagnostic software purchase, looking at their attitude and current use of online training for staff.

Severe case wound care options
Serrula Research recruited and interviewed 75 doctors and nurses (in the UK, France and Germany) within their practices/hospitals discussing when and why they use wound dressings containing silver.
